Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited - Notice of Amended Special Dividend Payment Date

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited ("the Company") hereby advises that the special interim dividend of TT$1.00 per share to Shareholders scheduled to be paid on 13 May 2026 has been deferred to 29 May 2026. This deferral is necessary to allow Shareholders sufficient time to select their preferred currency option for dividend payments and ensure that the Company has a robust and cost-effective mechanism in place to facilitate these payments.

Shareholders are further advised that a Dividend Currency Mandate form is available on the Company's website at www.ngl.co.tt and may be downloaded and submitted in accordance with the provided instructions.

Please note that the deadline for submission of the mandate for the upcoming dividend payment is 15 May 2026.
