LEGAL NOTICE
APPOINTMENT OF GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - FIRST CITIZNES GROUP

We wish to advise that, consistent with the published announcements made on April 4, 2025 and August 27, 2025, Mr. Jason Julien has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of the First Citizens Group with effect from October 22, 2025.

Mr. Julien possesses an MBA (Distinction) from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University and a BSc Management Studies (Honours) from The University of the West Indies. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute. He also possesses a Certificate of Financial Advisors with the Institute of Business and Finance. He has over twenty-five years of banking and finance experience in leading local and regional financial service entities, along with varied board appointments.

We further advise that Ms. Sana Ragbir, General Manager, Retail and Commercial Banking continues to act as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Business Generation until further notice.
