First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited - Notice of Election of Board of Directors

On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited (FCGFH), the parent company of the First Citizens Group of companies, hosted a Special Meeting of its shareholders at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA), Port of Spain. 

This in-person meeting was chaired by Mr. Jason Julien - Group CEO (Ag.) and on the agenda were resolutions to elect new Directors. The Group is therefore pleased to report that all resolutions were approved by shareholders and elected to FCGFH's Board were: 

•    Mr. Shankar Bidaisee - Chairman
•    Dr. Sterling Frost, O.R.T.T. - Deputy Chairman
•    Ms. Crystelle Smith - Director
•    Mr. Prakash Dhanrajh - Director
•    Ms. Sandy Roopchand - Director
•    Ms. Jo-Anne Boodoosingh - Director
•    Mr. Javan Lewis - Director
•    Ms. Nichelle Granderson - Director
•    Ms. Tricia McNeil-Beckles - Director
